Founded by Lucas Canabarro, All Ranks had its start in the Brazilian Army, where Lucas trained and managed more than 500 soldiers. The leadership, integrity, and discipline skills Lucas acquired in this time laid the foundation for the success of All Ranks today. Combine this with our teams extensive experience managing corporate functions, sporting competitions, festivals, and large- scale events, and you have All Ranks’ formidable event support teams. Our experienced crew are well trained to deal with all your event needs from start to finish. From producers to site coordinators, we support you with budget management, scheduling, freight, logistics, safety documentation and everything you need right through to the event debrief.
Following every event, we find it invaluable to do a debrief, resulting in you receiving a post-event report. The report will include honest feedback on both the challenges and successes of the event and are an excellent resource to help guarantee your next event surpasses the excellence of the current one.
Our complete site management service covers everything you need from general labour to site managers. Our site managers are seasoned professionals who prioritize safety, efficiency and staying within budget. They will lead and manage the bump in and bump out process with multiple suppliers and are trained to tackle any issues that may pop up.

Our team supervisors have at least two years’ events experience, so they know their stuff when it comes to venues and events. Thanks to our tight-knit All Ranks Events crew, our leaders really get to know each team member’s strengths, which means they can put together dream teams on site, that perfectly match your event needs.
Our crew rely on a range of experienced HR/MR drivers and certified operators that can manage forklifts, elevated working platforms manitou and any other plant machinery under request. No job is too complicated for our fully capable team, so when dealing with complicated sites and hazards they do so with the highest safety standards in place. To maintain these standards, we always share our on-site experiences and problem-solving insights among team members, so our operators stay on the top of their game and are ready to be their absolute best.
With a background in the Army leadership. Lucas’ strengths lie in operations and strategy. Add seven years of events experience to this and you have a man that can lead any team to build the event site of your dreams. Lucas can provide support through all ranks of your event – from production management to creative build design and carpentry, through to leading a team on site.
Henry is a dedicated design and marketing professional, with a flair for event management. His nine years of creative experience and five years of events experience sets Henry apart as a valuable asset on any event. experience Henry has worked his way up the ranks of All Ranks Events, where he is now one of our most sought-after Team Leaders on site.
Pedro is a relationship management guru and is an expert at placing the right person in the right role. Over the past five years, Pedro has thoroughly enjoyed working his way up through the ranks of the company, and loves being in his leadership role at All Ranks. Pedro is also one of our exceptional on-site leaders, heading up teams of up to 100 people and delivering events beyond clients’ expectations.
